What counts as a club?
One organization — and everything under it. Your 10U team, your 14U team, the travel squad that somehow plays in three states: unlimited teams, all covered by one club plan. You never pay per team or per trip.
Can I pause Season Pass?
Yes. Weekly means weekly — cancel anytime and you stop paying that week. Most clubs run it during tournament season and turn it off when the gear goes in the garage. Your trip boards stay readable the whole time.
What happens when my free trip ends?
Nothing disappears. Your board stays readable for you and every family — the record of who booked what doesn't go anywhere. Starting a new trip is what needs a plan, and Season Pass covers as many as you want.
Do families pay or need accounts?
Never. Families get one shared link — no login, no app install, no charge, ever. The club pays one price and every family on every roster is covered.
What data do you store?
As little as we can get away with: family last names, an optional player first name or initial, and booking statuses. No player profiles, no birthdates, no payment details — RoadRoster never books travel or holds money, so we never need any of that.
What's your refund policy?
Season Pass is weekly, so there's nothing to refund — just cancel and you're done. Annual comes with a 30-day full refund, no questions asked. If it doesn't earn its spot on your team, you shouldn't pay for it.
